Noam Ziv
VP Business Development
Noam brings over 20 years of experience in industrial automation, SCADA systems, and control engineering. As VP of Business Development at Tetracon since 2010, he has led major infrastructure and energy projects across Israel, Africa, and Latin America, specializing in PLC programming, SCADA design, and system integration. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with honors.
Eli Amram
General Manager
With over 40 years of experience in industrial control and engineering, Eli began his career in 1982 and went on to lead major projects and regional operations at Afcon until 2010. That year, he co-founded Tetracon and has since served as its General Manager, overseeing the delivery of advanced control and monitoring solutions for national infrastructure and utility projects.
