Overview
A 60MW power plant powered by natural gas and diesel generators, with individual units capable of delivering 17.5MW. The facility includes an advanced SCADA system managing 20,000 I/O points, designed to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation.
Challenge
Maintaining continuous power generation in a remote area with limited access to advanced technical support required a robust, resilient control system with high reliability. The plant also needed a solution capable of handling frequent load changes while ensuring operational safety and compliance.

Tetracon deployed a custom SCADA system with a hot backup for both hardware and software, providing continuous, fail-safe operations.
