Eco-Friendly Control for Essential Treatment
Tetracon designed and built a biological treatment facility for industrial wastewater at a large dairy plant in Germany. The project focused on ensuring compliance with German environmental standards while seamlessly integrating with the dairy's existing operations.
The project involved constructing a biological treatment facility that met rigorous German regulations. Key challenges included building compliant equipment, implementing robust safety systems, integrating SCADA, ensuring environmental protection, and achieving flawless integration of the facility with the dairy plant's processes.
Tetracon developed an advanced control system based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC and WinCC, fully compatible with the plant's existing infrastructure. The system incorporated specialized safety controllers to ensure a secure working environment for employees and the surrounding facility, delivering a reliable and compliant solution.
