Diesel Generator Power Plant,
Venezuela

Rapid Commissioning,
Continuous Power Supply

Overview

Tetracon deployed a control and monitoring system for a diesel generator power plant, ensuring integration with the factory's electrical network. The project was completed and fully commissioned within just 10 days, delivering uninterrupted power supply despite grid limitations.

Challenge

A manufacturing facility required the rapid establishment of a diesel generator-based power station to ensure uninterrupted power supply, during power outages or when the grid could not meet production demand. The project involved:

  • Fast-track construction of a power station and transfer switch system with minimal disruption to production
  • Assembly of European-made generators in China and shipment in a "ready-to-run" state to Venezuela.
  • Full integration with the plant's existing electric control infrastructure
Tetracon Solution

We have delivered a Siemens-based control and monitoring system, providing full visibility and command over:

  • Diesel generators

  • Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems

  • Fuel supply

  • Water systems

  • Plant power connection

The entire power plant was successfully commissioned in just 10 days, ensuring reliable, continuous power for the client’s operations.
