Diesel Generator Power Plant,
Venezuela
Rapid Commissioning,
Continuous Power Supply
Tetracon deployed a control and monitoring system for a diesel generator power plant, ensuring integration with the factory's electrical network. The project was completed and fully commissioned within just 10 days, delivering uninterrupted power supply despite grid limitations.
A manufacturing facility required the rapid establishment of a diesel generator-based power station to ensure uninterrupted power supply, during power outages or when the grid could not meet production demand. The project involved:
- Fast-track construction of a power station and transfer switch system with minimal disruption to production
- Assembly of European-made generators in China and shipment in a "ready-to-run" state to Venezuela.
- Full integration with the plant's existing electric control infrastructure
We have delivered a Siemens-based control and monitoring system, providing full visibility and command over:
Diesel generators
Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems
Fuel supply
Water systems
Plant power connection
The entire power plant was successfully commissioned in just 10 days, ensuring reliable, continuous power for the client’s operations.
